We've decided to create a recurring calendar invitation for our socials, which happen on the second Thursday of every month. 

We'll continue to send out reminders via email & WhatsApp, but for those of us who are slaves to the calendar, this might also be helpful

Just a heads up, if you've come to social in the past, we're going to be mixing it up a bit in terms of locations. The first one will be in Bar Rua in April. We'll keep you all posted anyway.

Hi all,

We had a very successful ECSC trip to Kerry over Easter!! Thanks to Richie and the trip officers for all their work organising these trips!!

Our May social will be on FRI 20 MAY this month at 7pm in The Pav, Trinity College. We will be having a guest speaker - Peter Conroy - to talk to us about Surfing First Aid / Safety. Should be a very informative night so hope you can make it.

Looking forward, we have booked 4 Dame Lane for the following socials:

THURSDAY 09th June - 4 Dame Lane (8 pm start to allow for committee meeting)

Hi!

Just to mention, one aim of the club and the ISA in recent years has been to try and increase communication between the different ISA member clubs in Ireland.

Brian Parle who is on the committee for the Sligo Surf Club has gotten in touch with us to say hi and that he wanted to tell us some information about the new surf centre that has just been built in Strandhill and some other projects like surf training that will be available to our members.

He is going to join us for the AGM this evening and say a few words about these projects at the end. Should be really good, hope to see you all on Zoom

it is time for  November Social that will take place at Doheny & Nesbitt pub in Baggot Street, D2 on Thursday 11th.

Everyone is welcome, regulars, old members and new members: see you there!

We will chat about trips, surf and swells... and if distracted, the usual mix of gossip, scandals, politics and saving the world…

As this is an indoor event, the club recommends everyone to:

• Avoid joining the meet-up if you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms or have been in close contact in the last 14 days

• Consider avoiding this event if you live with or have a vulnerable family member.

It’s October already, summer flew by and we can feel a little fall smell in the air...
Bigger swells are expected to hit the West coast and the empty beaches left to the lucky ones ready to enjoy them.

We like Autumn.

Even more, when the warm(ish!) weather seems not to be willing to go, to rest yet, and offers us amazing late summer days, making us dream of an endless summer.

Still, we know it will come to an end eventually and we try to soak it all in, making every moment so precious.

Keep up the stoke and let's chat about our latest trips, the Inter-counties anniversary, surf and swells...

This is an outdoor event, the club asks everyone to:
-maintain the 1 mt. social distance.
